Virtuous Girlhood

I had the pleasure of designing Virtuous Girlhood, a blog for young women. I usually don't do Wordpress designs just because they can get very complicated, but because RJ had a very clean and minimalist look in mind, I was able to work with an existing theme, tweaking colors and adding graphic elements. I took some custom photos for this design. I like the cheery, light colors relieved by the bright red. Below is the matching button.  Click either image to visit the site live. Crooked Stream - The Blog

This blog was such fun to design! Kami from Crooked Stream wanted a clean and light design with a rustic, vintage flair. I happen to love this style myself so it was loads of fun designing it! Virtuous Daughters

This was such a fun blog to design! I've wanted to do this style for some time now. I had taken the floral photo last week and when I took it, I had a header in mind and lo and behold! I got to use it this week! Samantha was a model customer and it came together extremely quickly. I also made a button for the site. Click on the images to see it live!

This was my first photography blog to design. It's a very minimalistic design, drawing the attention to the photos rather than the fancy blog design.

Eleganza Strings

This website was a lot of fun to design! I don't think I had done a music themed site before. Eleganza Strings is a duet of young, talented musicians, available for playing beautiful harp and violin music for special events. They also teach! I have to say this ranks up among my favorite designs. They wanted a warm, tan and brown color scheme but also wanted an elegant feel.

The Joy of Jewelry

Here is a full site design I did for a young woman who has just started a business creating beautiful handmade jewelry. She creates her jewelry using high quality materials including Swarovski crystals (my personal favorite!), pearls and silver chains. She does beautiful work - I'd encourage you to check it out!

Candida Cooking

Here's a cooking blog I designed. It's a blog of recipes for people with candida (very strict diet limitations). I designed the blog template for this as well. Liberty Day

If you have viewed my complete gallery before, you probably remember I did a header for Liberty Day last year. This year, they were ready for a completely new look with a custom template. I made them a new header and designed the rest of the site as well. Liberty Day is an event commemorating Patrick Henry's "Liberty or Death" speech and includes a daytime conference and evening program and festivities. Click the image to visit the site live.

Here is a set of graphics I did for Theresa at RobnT Business Solutions. Theresa provides virtual assistant services, including managing your social networking profiles, blogging, writing press releases and business communication. Fun Bead Parties

This header is for a blog used to advertise Bellabeads 925, a bead business selling Italian Murano glass beads and sterling silver charms. This is a bright, professional design using an image of one of their bracelets. I also designed the template for the blog; click the image to view live!

Hannah from Ornaments of Great Price, a blog for young ladies, wanted a vintage feel with a "scattered" look. I combined some vintage images and a few accents with text in an old fashioned font, and there we have it!

Stamps n' Brushes

This is a header and blog template I made for an art blog, Stamps n' Brushes. The blog owner posts her stamped and watercolor art - the header used scans of some of her watercolor pieces. She wanted a lot of space around the content area to give the feeling of a framed image (click the picture to view live).

Hands2Talk

This is a header and site template I designed for Hands2Talk.com, a blog/website for Baby Sign Language. They already had their logo, so I used that and added some beveled/drop shadow text and some flat text for the tagline. Click on the header to see it live.

Minutes4Mom

Jennifer from Minutes4Mom wanted a header to match her site that would fit her theme - moms who don't have much time. She wanted a modern look but not "hip" like so many mom blogs out there. I have to add that Jennifer was a fantastic customer - she gave exact colors and fonts and even drew a sketch of how she pictured it! Below are the banner and button that match.

Grace List

This header is for a church that put together an online "store" like Craiglist for just within their church, calling it Grace List (clever, eh?). The header included two custom images. (No link with this image as the site is private).
